Read Roper and Read Solicitors is a full-service law firm based in the centre of Manchester. The firm is headed by Andrew Kay and Andrew Fairlie who have both been partners at the firm for over 25 years.

We have also commenced offering a bespoke service for landlords of commercial property. Our “Leases for Landlords” department is headed by Avi Barr and since its launch in January 2009 has been attracting clients from across the country who find the speed, value and unique level of service very refreshing. The Leases for Landlords website, www.leasesforlandlords.co.uk is certainly worth a visit.

Read Roper and Read is proud of the strong relationships it builds with clients. Some of our clients have been with the firm for over 25 years. We believe that the key to maintaining that close connection is the emphasis which we place on providing, above all else, a service which meets and often surpasses clients’ expectations.

The firm is not authorised under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 but we are able in certain circumstances to offer a limited range of investment services because we are members of the Solicitors Regulation Authority and regulated by it. We can provide these investment services if they are incidental to the professional services that we have been engaged to provide. Our VAT Registration Number is 306 3918 64.
